- <p> THANKS, BUT OUR MACHINES STILL WORK. South Korean
- authorities continue to uncover secret invasion tunnels
- believed to have been dug by North Korea under the
- Demilitarized Zone that has separated the two republics since
- 1953. So when South Korea's Hyundai Construction Co. announced
- that it was making a donation to North Korea, the nature of
- the benevolence raised some eyebrows: a bulldozer, an
- excavator, a forklift, a loader and a dump truck. The North
- Koreans passed on the offer.
